Building Inspector Office Hours will be 9am-11am on the 1st & 3rd Tuesdays of the month

  • If you are building a new home, you will need to submit an online application for a permit at Online Building Permit System. Once online application is completed, please complete the Town of Freedom Building Permit Application and contact Stephanie Potter to submit your plans and other required information to him.

  • Address Request Form - these are required for all new homes.  Pleae complete and submit to the Building Inspector with your permit.  The Town staff will then complete the online application and get an address assignemnt from Outagamie County.
