In May 2024, the Town of Freedom partnered with MSA for Building Inspection Services. To streamline the process and ensure all required inspections are completed, MSA will now oversee all open building permits effective immediately. Please contact MSA at 920-392-5150 to schedule an initial inspection so they can assess the status of your project. Failure to do so may result in a project stoppage to ensure compliance with the Uniform Dwelling Code.

Yard Waste

 

The brush drop off / Town garage site will be closed Wednesday, July 3 at 3pm and will not re-open until Monday, July 8 at 10am. We will not have staff available through the Holiday weekend to monitor the piles. Thank you for your understanding!

Yard waste drop off is open to residents of the Town of Freedom only and contractors or commercial operators are not permitted to dump any yard waste.  Valid ID and/or proof of ownership may be required. Yard waste can be disposed of at the Town Garage located at N4245 County Highway E.

The drop off site is open from April 1st to November 13th each year. 

Hours of operation are: Mon - Thurs 10 am - 8 pm,  Sat & Sun. 7 am - 8 pm.

Acceptable materials include grass clippings, leaves, brush, and tree limbs.

Materials NOT Accepted include Food Waste, Garbage, Stones/Gravel, Concrete/Asphalt, stumps, Tree/Shrubs roots, Wreaths, or Landscape/Timber, Flowers, Garden Products.
