Utility Payments Made Easy!
What a great way to have payment always made on time!  Avoid Late Charges! Save Time & Postage!
Each quarter, just as you do now, you will receive a statement showing your utility charges.  On the due date, your bank will automatically deduct that amount from your designated account.  If interested, please print and fill out the Automatic Payment Form below and return to the Freedom Sanitary District office at N4229 Garvey Ave.

**There is a drop box for payments that is located near the front entrance at the District Office at N4229 Garvey Ave.**
