In May 2024, the Town of Freedom partnered with MSA for Building Inspection Services. To streamline the process and ensure all required inspections are completed, MSA will now oversee all open building permits effective immediately. Please contact MSA at 920-392-5150 to schedule an initial inspection so they can assess the status of your project. Failure to do so may result in a project stoppage to ensure compliance with the Uniform Dwelling Code.

Water and Sewer Utility Bills are sent out Quarterly: March 15th, June 15th, September 15th and December 15th.

Utility Payments Made Easy!
What a great way to have payment always made on time!  Avoid Late Charges! Save Time & Postage!
Each quarter, just as you do now, you will receive a statement showing your utility charges.  On the due date, your bank will automatically deduct that amount from your designated account.  If interested, please print and fill out the Automatic Payment Form below and return to the Freedom Sanitary District office at N4229 Garvey Ave.
